Fourth-order partially symmetric tensors with strong ellipticity play an important role in the Mechanics and the Quantum Physics. As the error of data acquisition and processing, the tensors with perturbations are often obtained in practice. In this talk, I will report some preliminary studies on the influence of perturbations of fourth-order partially symmetric tensors on their strong ellipticity.
