ICM 2014 Satellite Conference on Algebraic Topology will be held in Dalian, China during August 9-12. This conference provides an opportunity of communications on the major active topics in algebraic topology including stable and unstable homotopy theory, classifying spaces, interplay of group theory and homotopy theory, topological chiral homology and configuration spaces, homotopy type theory, mapping class groups, cobordism categories, Tambara functors, and applied topology. The structure of conference will consist of 11 plenary talks and 3 parallel sessions of contributed talks. The conference provides a forum for topologists, particularly for junior topologists and PhD students, for communications and potential research collaborations on their research.
