Generalized Translations and Applications

We investigate a Clifford-analytic generalization of the notion of translations in higher dimensions, obtained through derivatives of mean-values over spheres. Applications to the construction of isotropic multidimensional Clifford-valued splines, and to the construction of bandpass prolate spheroidal wavefunctions in higher dimensions are discussed.
