A bivariate rational Hermite interpolation was constructed in authors' earlier works. The interpolation function has a simple and explicit rational mathematical representation with parameters, and it can be expressed by the symmetric basis. This paper gives the general point control method to modify the interpolating surfaces by selecting suitable parameters under the conditions that the interpolation data are not changed. Some examples are given to illustrate this method.
